The point of this meditation is to help you focus quickly and completely, and to become more in tune with your body. As you practice it more and more, you’ll find it easier to maintain your focus during meditations. You can do this meditation for as short or as long as you’d like.

I followed the online instructions. I usually do meditation myself but this is the first time listening to a guided meditation and i think this will be helpful to people who want to start meditation online.
